Scenario

On a rural highway in the Oti region, a pile-up involving three vehicles occurred late at night. A truck carrying agricultural produce swerved to avoid hitting a stray animal,  causing a saloon car behind to crash into the truck. 

Subsequently, an ongoing bus collided with the saloon car. The accident resulted in fatalities and serious injuries. The highway is poorly lit and lacks proper signage, and accidents are common in the area due to high-speed driving and stray animals.
