A Summary of the data should also be part of the conclusion. Try not to copy from the data section. Highlight key points of information from the data that are most relevant to drawing your conclusion, then elaborate with your interpretation of the data.

FORMAT TIPS
  • Layout: Arial 12, normal margins
  • Add titles to each section to create and index on the side.
  • Add page numbers at the bottom right of each page.
  • Language: Third person (no I, WE, US etc) present simple, correct spelling and grammar 
  • Sources (internet, textbooks etc) are cited appropriately throughout the report and included at the end of the report.
