Without a TABLE this time:

- the Start value on the vertical axis is 4

- in 2 horizontal steps the graph goed

   DOWN 2 steps, so in 1 horizontal step

   the graph goes down 0.5 steps.

So the FORMULA is:      y = -0.5 x + 4
