Aan het einde van de les:

kan ik vraagzinnen en ontkenningszinnen maken in het present simple. 

Hoe stel je een vraag met "to be"?

Vraagzinnen met het werkwoord "to be" maak je door de eerste woorden van de zin om te draaien.

                            I am funny                           Am I funny?

Om de zin ontkennend te maken voeg je not of -n't na am, are, is.

She is funny                    She is not funny             She isn't funny.

Typ zelf zometeen het juiste antwoord helemaal in.

Vergeet de hoofdletters, punten en vraagteken niet!

You are too tall. (maak een vraagzin)

I am a student at Marigo. (maak ontkennend)

The lamp is very hot. (maak een vraagzin)

They can go to the cinema. (maak ontkennend)

Maar... Halloooo!

NIET IN IEDERE ZIN STAAT

AM / IS / ARE!

Dat klopt, je hebt ook GEWONE werkwoorden zoals:

• zingen = sing
• springen = jump
• zwemmen = swim

Bij gewone werkwoorden heb je de hulp nodig van "do" en "does" om vraagzinnen of NOT-zinnen te maken.
