General Characteristics of a Corrective Action Plan

• Production Mistake: An error or defect that occurs during the manufacturing process.  
•  Corrective Action Plan: A structured approach to address and rectify a problem encountered in the production process. Gantt Charting: A bar chart that represents a project schedule, showing the start and finish dates of several elements of a project. 
• Critical Path Method: A step-by-step project management technique to identify tasks on the critical path, which is the longest sequence of activities that must be finished on time for the project to complete on due date.
