Grammar woordvolgorde

De simpele en standaardzin is als volgt:

Onderwerp / Werkwoord / gezegde / plaats / tijd

Het onderwerp van de zin staat altijd voor de persoonsvorm.

Het gezegde is altijd 1 geheel. (Werkwoordelijk gezegde)

Bepalingen van tijd en tijd staan (over het algemeen) meestal achteraan. I saw him YESTERDAY.

Bepalingen van onbepaalde tijd (never, always etc.) staan altijd achter de persoonsvorm. (I ALWAYS go to...)
