About the upcoming speaking exam.
The exam:
make a vlog/podcast/talk show/trailer about a trip you’ve been. You form a script and decide the points you want to discuss.
Should be around 7-10 minutes with you mostly talking about the trip. Think about transportation, currencies, sightseeing, hotel, food and activities done.
More about it later.

The theory that the mind and body are two separate beings is called mind-body dualism in philosophy. How has the emergence of scientific views changed this debate over time?

Slide 10 - Open vraag

Mind-uploading is the idea of transferring human consciousness into a computer by scanning and simulating brain activities. Many believe that the simulated mind could exist and operate within a virtual reality. What are the challenges in this process from the mind-body interaction point of view?

Slide 11 - Open vraag

Discussion time
The idea of integrating machines and living organisms might have been science fiction decades ago, but today we can control a neural prosthetic with our brains, bring the sight back to the blind with a pair of bionic eyes, and restore memory with a brain implant. What do you think about mind-body interaction and the change of brain structures as we enter this new era?
