Adverbs of frequency
Generally go between the subject and the verb.
I often go shopping

If there is a form of "to be" they go after the verb. 
I am usually shopping at the weekends. 

NB. Some adverbs of frequency , if the emphasis (nadruk) is on the frequency they can go at the beginning or end of the sentence: usually, normally, occassionally, sometimes and often.
