Consultation

The consultation for a perm must be thorough, you must take all factors into account to ensure you get a satisfactory result. 

How can you ensure you have completed a thorough consultation?

•  Asking in depth questions and analysing the clients hair is critical to make the right decisions.
• Use open and closed questioning
• Check the information the client has given you
• Clients may not always tell the true (sometimes knowingly).
