Exercise 1

You are going to translate 5 sentences from Dutch to English.

These are sentences from the language village booklet.

"Sorry, mag ik iets vragen?"

Language village situations

You will receive 5 situations. Prepare at least 3 of them by translating the sentences to English. Choose between easy and hard. Work in silence for 7 minutes, together for 5 minutes.

If you are done before the timer goes off, you can prepare the other 2 situations as well. 

Time to speak!

Student A plays the year 2 student. Student B reads the translated sentences out loud.

When you're done with one situation you switch roles.

Student B plays the year 2 students. Student A reads the translated sentences out loud.
