Works the same as in Dutch:
Questions:
Put the auxiliary before the subject of the sentence and add a question mark.
He is having fun happy . Is he having fun?
Negations:
Put the word 'not' after the auxiliary verb
They have done the deed. They have not done the deed.

Works the same as in Dutch:
Questions:
Put the form of 'to be ' before the subject of the sentence and add a question mark:
He is happy. Is he happy?
Put the word 'not' after the form of to be:
They are friendly. They are not friendly.

questions and negations with only a lexical verb
Works different from  Dutch. with only one verb in the sentence to make a question or negation you have to add the auxiliary verb 'to do' and a question mark or not:
He eats an apple. Does he eat an apple? He does not eat an apple.
They had fun. Did they have fun? They did not have fun.

Whom       - asks for a person: For whom did you do this?

What?      - asks for things: What did he say?
What        - ask for things or persons in large numbers:      
+ noun?      What countries have you visited?
