So what's the point?
For the book you have chosen to read, you will write a poem which explains and analyzes the book you have read. You will recite your poem to the class. Remember, while it is not for a grade, it is for feedback and must therefore be taken seriously!

  • The plot of your novel
  •  At least three poetic devices
  • The main character(s) and how they change or develop
  • The theme of the novel
  • The main conflict
  • Some creativity!
