When using a specification matrix -> 'you have the knowledge about the political situation in Syria, but you did not pass the academic writting skill'.
1 - Feedback only on result -> good or wrong noted by each answer.
2 - Feedback on result + good answer 'B is wrong, the right answer is A'.
3 - Feedback with explanation.

Conclusions
Give feedback as soon as possible and be specific for a greater learning effect!
Some small tips:
- Formulate feedback in a positive way.
- Formulate feedback in a way students will understand.
- Explain what the good answer is, even when the student has chosen the correct answer.
- Don't give new information.

Due to Covid19 the midterm Multiple Choice (MC) exam (50% of final grade) and the final MC exam (50% of final grade) of the lecture 'Introduction to securtiy and Safety' must be changed in a different type of test because the faculty does not want to use proctoring.
