Two truths and a lie

1. I have 3 siblings, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
2. I have one child, a little girl of 2 years old.
3. I love dogs, I have a pug called Zoey.

Now it's your turn! 

• Come up with two true facts and one lie about yourself (3 m)
• Share yours with your peers and let them guess which one is the lie! (10 m)

• Take the laptop contract home today
• Bring the signed contract back tomorrow! :)

How do I read the timetable?

Find someone who...

1. ... speaks 3 or more languages.
2. ... likes to play soccer. 
3. ... has more than 2 siblings.
4. ... bikes to school. 
5. ... who just arrived in The Netherlands. 
6. ... can help you with your maths homework. 
7. ... has a pet. 
8. ... enjoys typical Dutch food. 
9. ... lived in more than 2 countries in the world. 
10. ... is likely to be late in class at least twice this year ;-)

• I would like my mentor to know that my parents are divorced and don't really get along.
• I would like my mentor to know  I play basketball in the national team and I have to go to practice every day.
• I would like my mentor to know that I am still jetlagged from the flight last week.

Follow the leader

1. Create a big circle in the classroom
2. One student will be taken aside and wait
3. Another student will be appointed as the leader! 
4. The student who waited outside has to guess who's the leader of the pack!
