There are 3 patterns for adjectives:
  1. adjective + noun --> a beautiful day
  2. noun/indefinite pronoun + adjective                                                          (indefinite pronoun = not any specific person: The most common ones are all, any, anyone, anything, each, everybody, everyone, everything, few, many, nobody, none, one, several, some, somebody, and someone.              --> the person involved
  3. noun + verb + adjective --> the results were fascinating

The adjectives involved, present,proper, responsible and concerned can appear either before or after the noun that they modify, but with a different meaning depending on the placement.
