Bij de lijdende vorm is het niet belangrijk wie iets doet, maar de actie is wel belangrijk. Dus wat er gebeurt.


Someone broke our kitchen window. > active
Our kitchen window was broken. > passive

A construction company built the house > active

The house was built by a construction company> passive
