( empathic person = someone who understands another person’s feelings from their perspective. You place yourself in their shoes’ and imagine what they are feeling)

Why need of this?

In life or some assignments, you need to treat people with empathy for their situation. empathy will help you to gain their respect and trust and encourage them to answer the questions you have asked.

What is the difference between empathy and sympathy?

The difference 

Empathy means experiencing someone else's feelings. Sympathy, on the other hand, means understanding someone else's suffering
