You can use different kind of linking words & use them in sentences 

You can do a creative writing task & use at least 5 linking words

Functie:

- Geven aan hoe onderdelen van een tekst met elkaar
   verbonden zijn
- Hebben verschillende doelen, bijvoorbeeld:
                - Toevoegen: and, also, moreover, furthermore, ...
                - Gevolg geven: thus, therefore, so, as a result, ... 
                - Voorbeeld: for example, such as, like, namely, ... 
                - Enz. 

Toevoegen & Tegengaan

Toevoegen:   and, moreover, furthermore, also, in addition to, 
                           additionally, as well as, too, not only ... also ...

Tegengaan:   but, however, in contrast, whereas, nevertheless, 
                            despite, in spite of, while, yet 

Benadrukken & Ordenen

Benadrukken: especially, particularly, clearly, importantly,     
                               indeed, absolutely, definitely, obviously,
                               in particular

Ordenen:           firstly, secondly, thirdly, finally, previously, before
                               lastly, following, another

Gevolg geven & Voorbeeld

Gevolg geven:  thus, therefore, consequently, hence, due to, 
                                for this reason, so, as a consequence,
                                as a result

Voorbeeld:         for example, for instance, such as, like, namely 
                                to clarify, including

Vergelijken & Samenvatten

Vergelijken:       similarly, likewise, just as, just like, similar to,
