Slide 16 - Tekstslide

Situation
You have ordered PS5, which was delivered both late and the box was already opened when it was delivered. You noticed that the wireless controller is also damaged.

You have tried to call the company, but nobody picked up. You have written an email but haven't got any responses.
Write the second letter of complaint to this company.
(You may also think of your own situation if you want)

Slide 17 - Tekstslide

1. Focus on the most important facts. Don’t give unnecessary/personal background information.

2. Make sure you include:
• the reason for writing (e.g. I am writing to ...)
• what went wrong
• what you would like to happen now.

3. Use passives to be less direct and more formal, e.g. I was served quickly.
