You use 

am/are/is + (not) going to + verb

When you want to say that someone has plans for the future

Mike is going to have fish.

We are going to go out for dinner.

I' m going to cook something nice

Future (to be going to)

Positive	I	am	going to	call	you later this week
	She	is	going to	visit	family in England
	We	are	going to	go out	for dinner
Negative	I	am	not going to	invite	a lot of people to my party.
	They	are	not going to	buy	souvenirs for everyone

Rewrite the sentence - use the future:

Demonstrative pronouns

The words this, that, these and those are used when you talk about specific things or people. 

You can tell from words in the sentence if something is nearby, for instance: (over) here, next to me or further away: (over) there, across the room.
