Today's aims

At the end of this class, you'll be able to:

- recognise and use adjectives to describe specific details of associations with colors

-recognise and use adverbs to describe how/ when / where you have that association with a color.

Adjectives

Says something about the noun.

(Het bijvoegelijk naamwoord zegt iets over het zelfstandig naamwoord)

"My father drives a Swedish, grey car"

"The background of this slide is very colorful" 

Adverbs

Describes a verb, an adjective or another adverb. It tells you something about 'where', 'when' and 'how'.

Een bijwoord vertelt je iets over een werkwoord, een bijvoegelijk naamwoord or een ander bijwoord, namelijk 'waar', 'wanneer' en 'hoe'.

Adverbs

"I always forget to bring lunch to school" (says something about a verb)

"Stitch, my dog, barks very loudly when someone rings the doorbell" (One says something about a verb + one says something about another adverb)

"Next week, we are going to discuss the most exciting assignment of this term: the product" (One says something about when + one says something about an adjective)

Let's get to work!

What: Maak een associatie kleurenwaaier voor een kleurenfamilie die

          jou aanspreekt 

How: Schrijf bij elke kleur in de kleurenwaaier een associatie. 

         Gebruik daarbij in elke zin een ‘adjective’ en per kleurenwaaier twee ‘adverbs’.

Help: Je eigen fantasie, een woordenboek/ online translater.

Time: 10 minuten

Result: Je weet nu hoe je met behulp van ‘adjectives’ en ‘adverbs’ een kleur kan matchen aan

          een gevoel/ een situatie/ een associatie.

(Not) Done: Maak de kleurenwaaier thuis af of maak er nog één. Lever de opdracht in via

          Magister.Me.
