What if you need to go..

To the doctor's, when you're in another country? For example when you are on a holiday.


How do you express yourself?
Hint: Stone 5, 6, 7, 8 in Chapter 2

What if..
- Je wil vragen of alles goed gaat?
- Of iemand gewond is?
- Of iets pijn doet of jeukt?
- Waar iemand was op het moment dat er iets gebeurde?
- Je advies wil geven over iets?

- Je wil zeggen dat het goed gaat, of niet

At the doctor's

Why do I ask all of this..?
English year 3: Taaldorp 

During Taaldorp, you have a couple of conversations in different situations. For example, at the doctor's.

You will be having a conversation as the patient and one of the English teachers will be the doctor.

What do you need:
- KGT p. 60/61 Activity Book
- THV p. 57/59 Activity Book
- Your notebook or a piece of paper
- And your  Textbook

1. Find a partner in your tablegroup, with the same book. If needed, you can ask me to work with someone outside of your tablegroup but it is not preferred. 

2. Go to your tablegroups. Follow the steps in the Task. Start with Preperation (Voorbereiden) and read the text.

3. Once you think you have done the conversation well enough, start writing it down together. Who will say what, and when? Write out the whole conversation, in full sentences. Make it so that someone else would be able to use it.

4. Later this lesson we will do a couple of conversations in front of the class, so you can get an idea of how such a situation works (during Taaldorp).
