cm to m ( divide 100)
e.g.  1200cm = 12m
m to km ( divide 1000)
e.g.   17000m = 17km
mm= Millimetre
cm= Centimetre
m= Metre
km= Kilometre

Slide 5 - Tekstslide

answers
1. To convert meters to centimeters, you multiply by 100.
1.8 meters = 1.8 × 100 = 180 centimeters.

2. To convert liters to milliliters, you multiply by 1000.
2.5 liters = 2.5 × 1000 = 2500 milliliters.

3. To convert minutes to seconds, you multiply by 60, and then add the seconds.
12 minutes × 60 seconds/minute + 30 seconds = 720 seconds + 30 seconds = 750 seconds.
