How to give feedback

1. ALWAYS start out with something positive.
   What went well? What impressed you? What was exceptional?
2. DON'T say things were bad. Give some examples of what could have gone better. 
3. Give some ideas as to what the other can do to improve.

Have a look at the other's work. When you're done give feedback on the following:
