El viaje in a nutshell

• Organizado por AICS y Escuela Aula Toledo.
• Alojamiento en familias (profesores en hotel cerca de la escuela).
• Medio día de clases de español. Clases organizadas por niveles (Emergent, Capable).


• Almuerzo en la ciudad (tiempo libre). 
• Medio día de excursiones y Puy du Fou
• Cena en casa de las familias.
• Después de la cena, pasaremos el tiempo con la familia.
• Tarea: guía de viaje para completar durante el viaje.

• ¡HABLAREMOS MUCHO ESPAÑOL! ¡DISFRUTAREMOS DEL BUEN TIEMPO!

El viaje in a nutshell

• Organized by AICS and Aula Toledo School.
• Accommodation with host families (teachers will stay in a hotel near the school).
• Half-day Spanish lessons, organized by language level (Emergent, Capable).
• Lunch in the city (free time included).
• Half-day excursions and a visit to Puy du Fou.
• Dinner with the host families.
• After dinner, students will spend time with their host families.
• Assignment: travel diary booklet to be completed throughout the trip.

All the students will complete: -Mi diario de viaje- 

• You will receive a hard copy at the end of this session and you can also find it on Google Classroom. 
• You have to bring it to Toledo so that you can complete it during the trip.

CONTENT: 

1. Begin your journal by writing the date and purpose of the Toledo trip.
2. Describe the journey how you traveled and your first impressions of the city.
3. Write about key places visited, what you saw, and how you felt.
4. Reflect on what you learned about Toledo’s culture, history, or architecture.
5. Add drawings, tickets, or photos to personalize and complete your journal.                                                     Es obligatorio como tarea formativa

Durante el viaje vamos a completar el diario de viaje. El diario debes llevarlo a  y al final del día debes completarlo.

During the trip we are going to complete a travel journal. You have to bring the journal to Toledo and at the end of the day you have to  it.

Task during the trip 

Concurso de fotografía (obligatorio)

Each student must upload to Google Classroom a photograph that represents the trip to Toledo.

Guidelines: 

• Each student uploads only one photo
• You must appear in the photo (it can be from behind, just your hand, hair, etc.)
• Each photo must have a title and the name of the author. 
• Each student must upload the photo to Google Classroom before June 9th

                             Attention! There are prizes for the winners (3 prizes)

Concurso de vídeo (opcional)

You must upload to Google Classroom a video of up to 2 minutes about the 2025 trip to Toledo.

Guidelines:

• Each student may upload only one video
• In the video, you can appear, as well as your classmates, host family, academy teachers, your AICS teachers, and of course: Toledo!
• Each video must have a title
• Deadline to upload the video to Google Classroom is June 9th

We will share a WhatsApp group with all the students and teachers from AICS
RULES:

• Stay Respectful at All Times.
• Keep It Trip-Related: Use the group only for important trip information, questions, and updates. No off-topic chats or memes.
• Don’t Spam the Group.
• Follow Adult Instructions. If a trip supervisor post instructions, follow them carefully. They are there to help everyone stay safe and organised.
• Privacy Matters. Do not share anyone’s phone number, photos, or messages outside the group without permission.
