Goals for this lesson:

At the end of this lesson you: 

 - Know all the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals icons and what they stand for. 

- You are able to use the SDG's in GC reflections

Introduction to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals

17 SDGs icons

In pairs you will get an SDG icon.

Step 1: try to guess what your icon stands for and what it means?

Step 2: explain your quess

Give the students in pairs an icon, the cards can be found in the " kast werkruimte Engels, met GC year 1 er op".

Assignment 1

Pick one of the goals you find important. 

Why is this goal important?

 What can you think of to improve in that area?

Voordat de leerlingen een doel kiezen ga nog een keer me de hele klas langs de doelen, korte uitleg wat ze allemaal ook al weer betekenen. 

Which goal did you choose?

Leerlingen hebben 1 doel gekozen en gaan daar een week mee aan het werk, proberen elke dag iets heel kleins te doen, die leggen zij vast, als een soort van dagboek. Na een week ga zij na of het iets uitgemaakt. Dit dagboek en het resultaat zullen zij oploaden in Simulise.
