After all the settlers, convicts and military migrations, Australia today has
- 25 million inhabitants across 7.6 million square kilometres
(3,3 people per square kilometre)
- They have concentrated their settlements along the coast
- Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth
- The thirtieth biggest city (Hervey Bay) only has 22 thousand inhabitants!
