Conditionals are sentences that we use when we carry out certain tasks only under the right circumstances: IF

First Conditional
Form: So, for the first conditional one uses two different tenses in two sentences, the main sentence and the if sentence. 
For the if sentence, one uses the present simple and in the main sentence one uses will + verb

Second Conditional
Vorm: With the second conditional one uses different tenses in in two sentences. In the  if  clause you use the Past Simple and in the main clause would + verb.

Gebruik: We use the second conditional when it is  not likely that anything is going to happen now or in the future.
