Using the radio play War of the Worlds, a 'UFO' sighting in Roswell, USA, and a conspiracy theory about 9/11, students learn all about the influence of (fake) news. In the task, they investigate whether news reports are real or fake and use this for a Fake News Quiz (vmbo) or create a vlog or podcast about it (havo/vwo).
