Kijk naar de zin.

Staat er een tijd van aankomst/ vertrekken of een begin/ eindtijd van een evenement in de zin?

--> Gebruik de present simple (The train leaves at 11 am.)

Is de beschreven actie spontaan?

--> Gebruik will/shall + hele werkwoord (I will help you with your bag.)

Staat de beschreven actie 100% zeker vast?

--> Gebruik de present continuous (He is taking the train to London on Saturday.)

Is de beschreven actie logisch of waarschijnlijk?

--> Gebruik to be + going to + hele werkwoord (She is going to work for a big company.)
