Rick: "I talked to Lisa yesterday."	Rick said he had talked to Lisa the day before ( the previous day).
Ann: "I can try to play tennis."	Ann said she could try to play tennis.
Suzy: "I will be a doctor next year."	Suzy said she would be a doctor the following year.
mum: "You must clean your room!"	My mum told me that I had to clean my room.
