Student A - Police officer: fills in 'incident report' p. 96
Student B - Witness: Reports a crime you've witnessed, using pictures

Ask questions and/or talk about: 
what you saw, the weather            time of the day                              how the situation ended
people involved                                   the noise you could hear         other details
