Saying No!
If someone asks you to do something – pause before replying
If no – Acknowledge them
Don’t make elaborate excuses
Take responsibility – ‘I won’t’ NOT ‘I can’t’
If it’s your boss:
Ask what is more important X or Y?
When is it needed for?
What do you want me to stop doing to work on this?
