Where do they go?

Subject - here - verb . I usually wake up at 7.

Except when there is a form of to be.

Als er een hulpwerkwoord is, komt de "adverb of frequency" tussen de twee werkwoorden.

Peter has never been to Italy.

Adverbs of manner
Antwoord de vraag: Hoe dan? 
The boys walked slowly to the bus stop. 
They waved to their friends enthusiastically. 

De "object" krijgt de actie van de werkwoord. 
LET OP! : "Adverbs of manner" kan niet tussen de werkwoord en een voorwerp komen.

Adverbs - Place and time.
Plaats komt altijd voor tijd. 

Place: in the car, there, here, at school, in the kitchen etc.

Time: today, yesterday, at 6pm, in the afternoon, in an hour etc.

Onderwerp -> frequency->  werkwoord -> manner -> place -> time
