- Gebruik extra beschrijvende woorden

- Kijk of je verkortingen kunt gebruiken: I am ➔ I'm do not ➔ don't have not ➔ haven't
- Laat overbodige woorden weg of gebruik synoniemen. Grammaticaal moet de zin wel kloppen.
The room does not have a lot of light. ➔ The room is quite dark. ➔ The room's dark.
