use modals of obligation:
must, ought, have to or shall.

We shall overcome

You must see this is true

use words as 

never, ever, always . These express that you won't change your mind (standing firm)

We shall never surrender

be rather formal than informal

try to use higher level words

use more affimative sentences than negations
questions must be rethorical - This means  
that the answer is confirmative 

You do agree that I am completely in my right, here?

repetition of important words.

if you use conjunctions let it be those of cause and effect:

We must do this, because.... 
There is only one option, so let us choose this
