Why This Is a Good Example of a Christmas Card
  • Clear message: “Merry Christmas” is large and easy to read.
  • Strong contrast: Light text on a dark background.
  • Balanced layout: Images placed neatly around the text.
  • Consistent colours: Traditional red, green, cream and gold.
  • Good spacing: Not cluttered; elements have room to breathe.
  • Festive theme: Snowflakes, trees and holly clearly show Christmas.

⚠️ Why This Is a Bad Christmas Card
  • Too cluttered: Too many words and pictures crammed together.
  • No clear focus: Your eye doesn’t know where to look first.
  • Too many colours: Bright, clashing colours make it feel messy.
  • Mixed fonts: Lots of different font styles that don’t match.
  • Poor hierarchy: Nothing stands out as the main message.
  • Visual overload: Too busy to read quickly or enjoy.
