Product: Create an informative digital book that offers resources, strategies, and support for people worldwide, especially focused on teenagers, seeking to manage their anxiety.

Knowledge
The digital book should provide users with accurate and up to date information on mental health conditions, treatments, and coping strategies, using proper vocabulary for the delicate topic and concepts.
Engaging
The digital book should be appealing and engaging for teenagers.
Accessibility
Ensure that the digital book can be used by everyone regardless of their abilities.
Cultural Sensitivity
The digital book should be culturally sensitive and inclusive, representing the diversity of people who experience mental health challenges.
Aesthetics
The images and visual aids included in the digital book are of high visual quality and visually appealing.
