  1. A friend is ringing and texting Jack late at night and while they are at work, and it is annoying them.         
  2. Alison's brother is going through a break up, and has stopped keeping in touch so much, and does not go out much anymore.                                        
  3. Ali's  partner often undermines  him in front of friends and family. He is getting really frustrated about it.
  4. Sally's colleagues at work keep asking to be friends with her on social media, but she would prefer not too . She does like them,  would just prefer to keep her social life separate from work.
