Imagine this: 2 shoe sales people go to another country.  When they got to that country, they found that no one was wearing shoes. One sales person was very disappointed and returned back to their country and told his boss that they will never makes sales in that country because no one there wears shoes. The other sales person was very happy and telefphoned back to their boss, telling him to send the whole sales team over as no one was wearing shoes. He believed there were sales to be made.
