Ordinal numbers
Een rangtelwoord (ordinal number) vertelt op welke plaats iets is, zoals eerste, tweede, derde, etc. 

Wanneer gebruik je ze?
  • positie (eerste plek, tweede plek)
  • verdieping (eerste verdieping, tweede verdieping)
  • klas (eerste klas, tweede klas)
  • datum (In het Engels zeg je: de eerste van 'maand' bv.: the first of November)

How do you write ordinal numbers?
De meeste rangtelwoorden in het Engels maak je door 'th' aan het 'gewone' getal toe te voegen. Ga naar blz. 97 van je werkboek!
