Er zijn twee manieren om vragen te maken.

• Vormen van to be, will & can komen vooraan
• do of does komen vooraan en het hele werkwoord erachter.

1. Bij to be, will of can zet je het werkwoord vooraan in de zin

He is my friend. --> Is he my friend?

I can dance very well. --> Can I dance very well?

There will be many people. --> Will there be many people?

2. Bij alle andere werkwoorden begin je de vraag met Do of Does. (Does = SHIT regel)

 You like pizza. --> Do you like pizza?

!!! He plays football. --> Does he play football?

!!! Suzy hates cooking. --> Does Suzy hate cooking?

Let op: Het werkwoord to have:

You have a car. --> Do you have a car?

You have got a car --> Have you got a car?

Na do of does komt het hele w.w. zonder -s!!!
