Yesterday was a good time to practice your cycling skills.
Today we will use these skills even more!

Some rules:
  • Cycle next to your buddy. You Cycle on the right, your dutch buddy on the left.
  • Stay in the group, we cycle as a group, so be responsible and serious.
  • Sometimes you have to get behind each other.
  • People will ring their bell if they want to pass you.
  • Focus on cycling. Look in front of you, pay attention to the road and other people.

  • 2 TIps for your cycling balans. If you start with cycling step on the paddle with your best leg. Look further into the horizon, in that way you won't wobble that much.
