Everyday foods

There a number of different foods. Every day foods and sometime foods.

Everyday foods is food like bread, apples, broccoli and cabbage. Sometimes foods is foods like sweets, donuts, cakes, chocolate biscuits and energy drinks.


Foods we eat everyday can help our mind and body in the long run. Everyday foods are foods we eat everyday to continue our journey throughout the day. Everyday foods like bread and broccoli feed our body with energy that helps our body moves and think, it helps our muscles and bones stay strong, keep our brain working and helps us stay healthy and feel good.

Sometime foods

Sometime foods are foods we eat here and there or at birthday parties, classroom celebrations and at home. Sometime foods are very high in sugar. These foods give us a lot of energy for a small amount of time. These foods also make us quite happy whilst we are eating them due to the sugar being released in the body during this time.


Sometime foods are okay in small amounts and but everyday foods help our bodies a lot more, especially our body and brain the most.
