You visited the Odeon Cinema recently to watch a film. Write a formal letter to the manager, Kelsie Donnelly. Kelsie wants feedback to improve the customer experience and has asked you to write a letter to her to inform her of your ideas.  Your letter must include the following details:

·       when you went and what you went see

·       what the cinema and staff were like

dear Madam kelsie

i go to odeon cinma at saturday with my freinds. we was watch a film is call lucky day it is funy and i laughed lot of. the cinema are clean and the staff is helpfull the woman give me a popcorns it taste good and the seats is comfterble. the film was the best films i seen in a year the actors was good and the storys is esy to follow my freind says she like it too. but the queue is very long and only has one desk for popcorns i think you should opens a second desk in busy time and then people no waiting so long. thanks

I am writing to inform you about my visit to the Odeon Cinema last Saturday with my friends.

I went to see Lucky Day. It was funny and I laughed a lot. The cinema was clean and the staff were helpful. The woman gave me some popcorn and it tasted good. The seats were comfortable.

The film was the best film I have seen this year. The actors were good and the story was easy to follow. My friend said she liked it too.
