  • Client care prior to the service: Includes protecting the client’s skin and clothing.
  • Client care during the service: Includes detangling the hair from ends to roots prior to and after shampooing.
  • Personal care: Includes washing and sanitising hands with liquid soap and drying thoroughly to avoid contact dermatitis.
  • Salon care: Includes promoting environmental working
   practices by reducing water usage and other resources.
