What impact do you think this has had on the employee?

The Party Animal

A job candidate for a financial company has public photos on their social media showing reckless and irresponsible behaviour. The hiring manager sees these photos during a background check.

What could be the consequences of this?

The Confidential Leak

An excited designer posts a photo of their computer screen on social media, accidentally revealing a secret, unreleased product. This is a breach of confidentiality.
