Current (I): 
The flow of charged particles from through a conducting material. Expressed in ampere (A) (Coulombs/ second).

Voltage (U): The difference in electrical potential energy between two points in a circuit. Expressed in volts (V) ( (Joules/ coulomb).

Resistance (R): The opposition to the flow of charged particles. Expressed in Ohms (Ω).

Power (P): 
  • The amount of energy a flow of electricity provides per unit of time. Expressed in watts (W) (Joule/second).
  • The amount of energy a power source provides per unit of time or the amount energy a device uses per unit of time. Expressed in watts (W) (Joule/second).
