URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator. A URL is  the address of a given unique resource on the Web. In theory, each valid URL points to a unique resource.
You will call them a "web address"

IP Address
At this level - think of an IP address like a unique number to find a device on a network.

Like how your phone number is unique to call and message your phone 
The IP is unique to find a device to communicate with
Web addresses are in fact just linked to an IP address

A cookie is a piece of data from a website that is stored within a web browser  (like Chrome) that the website can retrieve at a later time.
