Do's 

- Start your letter with "Hi/Hello..."
- Write 'medium' sentences that are easy to follow. 
- Check your spelling and grammar. 
- The last thing in your letter should be your name
Don'ts

- Forget to use punctuation marks. 
- Write "I" with a lower case letter (i)
- Write one body of text, instead, write in paragraphs. 
- Literally translate from Dutch/use Dutch phrases.
